Choose a relevant industry or capability, then read or listen to the current chapter. Mark it complete when finished and continue to the next chapter at your own pace.
The public Academy does not require a quiz, assignment or evidence submission to continue chapter learning. Understanding the customer journey, safeguards and escalation boundary remains important before any separate live-work application.
Keep learning and live work separate
Chapter completion records learning progress; it is not customer authority, employment, certification or an approved assignment.
A separate role or work journey may require an application, suitability checks, human approval and supervision. Evidence belongs to the authorised work record, not to basic public chapter completion.
Enter live work with controls
Start with supervised or limited tasks that match demonstrated readiness. Sensitive financial, legal, customer-data and approval activities should remain with authorised people.
Track outcomes, feedback, compliance and continued learning. Training, joining or certificates do not guarantee employment, business, clients or income.

Does public Academy learning require a quiz or assignment?
