Data we collect
Depending on the journey: name, email, mobile, city, role, organisation, requirement, consent, account identity, KYC/document status, Academy activity, CRM records, support messages, order/payment references, UTR and technical/security logs. We do not ask you to share passwords, OTPs, card PINs or provider secrets.
Why we use it
- Provide requested services, accounts, support and role-controlled workspaces.
- Route consented enquiries to authorised teams and collaboration partners.
- Verify payments, activate access, prevent fraud and maintain audit records.
- Operate Academy, CRM, Portfolio, notifications and legal/compliance controls.
- Send marketing only where consent or another valid basis applies; provide an opt-out.
Sharing and processors
Data is shared only as necessary with authorised Styflowne personnel, the selected collaboration/service provider, hosting/database/authentication providers, payment gateways, communications providers and legal/compliance authorities where required. Each workflow is scoped; NGO/impact records and commercial records remain separated.
Retention and security
We retain records for the service, audit, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal periods applicable to the data. Access controls, database row-level security, server-side credentials, signed payment webhooks and audit logs help protect information. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion where legally and operationally applicable. Some transaction, audit or compliance records may need to be retained. Marketing opt-out does not stop essential service or security messages.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage supports login and preferences. Optional Google Analytics loads after you accept analytics through the Privacy choice control. Reopen that control to change your choice. Advertising consent is separate from analytics consent.
Google advertising and your choices
We use Google AdSense on eligible public Insights articles. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on these visits. Third parties may place and read cookies or use web beacons. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses and visit information to serve and measure ads, subject to applicable consent choices.
Manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center and review how Google uses information from partner sites. Where Google’s privacy message is shown, use its consent and settings controls for advertising preferences. Our analytics choice does not replace that message. Browser settings can also restrict cookies.
