Clear terms before payment.

1. Merchant and acceptance

EARNIFYY is operated by Styflowne Finance Services Private Limited (CIN U66190UP2023PTC187509), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account, submitting a request or purchasing a plan, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you accept these terms, the applicable product description, price and refund policy.

2. Services, membership and pricing

We provide digital service access, OneOS SaaS workspaces, business discovery, CRM-enabled enquiries, Academy learning and controlled collaboration workflows. Public visitors may explore public information free. An active ecosystem member contributes ₹30 once per calendar month through one Earnifyy ID, even when that person has multiple approved roles. Sponsored and approved waiver routes may apply; minors require guardian-controlled or sponsored access.

The Earnifyy Ecosystem & Social-Impact Contribution is not a donation, investment, prize entry, guaranteed-income plan or pay-to-win Arena fee. It does not guarantee leads, customers, earnings, employment, approvals, ownership, returns, Arena rank or rewards. Mission Virasat is EarnifyyWorld’s social-impact movement layer and is not an NGO. Product/service prices, tax and other applicable charges remain separate and must be disclosed before checkout.

3. Account, eligibility and verification

• Users must protect login credentials and never share OTPs or passwords.
• KYC, role, Academy, project, inventory, lender, legal or compliance approval may be required for controlled actions.
• A listing, profile, suggestion or payment does not guarantee approval, ownership, allotment, income, return or employment.
• Duplicate monthly contribution attempts are blocked; contribution lapse does not delete Portfolio or historical records.
• We may suspend access for fraud, misuse, duplicate identity, unlawful content, security risk or policy breach.

4. Payment and activation

Only pay an exact, approved amount through the payment route displayed on earnifyyworld.in. Online payment status is accepted only after provider verification, signed webhook/order verification and server reconciliation. Manual QR/bank payments require UTR and bank-statement reconciliation before activation. A screenshot alone is not proof of payment. A recurring mandate is created only with separate explicit consent.

5. Digital delivery and term

Listed service-access and SaaS plans have a 30-day term unless the checkout or written order says otherwise. Digital delivery means the approved entitlement/workspace becomes available in the registered account after payment and eligibility verification. Seat limits, usage limits and renewal dates shown for the selected plan apply.

6. Cancellation, refunds and failed payments

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the published Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Duplicate charges, failed-but-debited payments and non-delivery must be reported with the order/UTR reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment source where supported.

7. Collaboration and third-party services

Public collaboration profiles describe a supplied and approved relationship scope; they do not automatically create agency, partnership, title, inventory authority or payment authority. Third-party providers, developers, lenders and service partners apply their own verified documents and policies. Styflowne’s responsibility is limited to its stated service and executed agreement.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

EARNIFYY software, branding, page design, training and original content remain protected by applicable rights. Users may not scrape private data, bypass access controls, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, make false income/return claims or use the platform for fraud.

9. Privacy, availability and liability

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We work to keep services available, but maintenance, provider downtime or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Styflowne service; nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing terms and contact

Applicable Indian law and any executed order/agreement govern. Project- or contract-specific signed documents prevail for that transaction. For a complaint or question, contact the merchant before escalating to a payment provider.
