Styflowne Finance Services Private Limited has updated the EARNIFYY Real Estate experience to make project discovery clearer across desktop, tablet and mobile. Seven current collaboration project stories now use one consistent presentation format with an image, location, category, price reference, unit or plot reference and a focused next action.

Each Explore Project action opens a dedicated walkthrough rather than repeating a long brochure wall on the main landing page. Supplied photographs or videos remain identified separately from presentation concepts, while project-specific documents, inventory, title, approvals, seller authority and final price still require current verification.

One directory, separate project walkthroughs

The public Real Estate page remains a discovery and comparison surface. Visitors can scan the current catalogue, use project cards to understand the basic fit and then open a project-specific route for the full visual sequence, essential facts, verification boundary and site-visit request.

This structure is designed to scale as more projects are added: the landing page stays concise, while each new project receives its own media, facts and actions without duplicating the complete catalogue across several sections.

Apartment inventory and Eros Sampoornam listing

A separate apartment-inventory pathway now includes the Eros Sampoornam Sector 2 resale listing for unit N4-1002: 1,060 sq ft, 2 BHK plus study, north-east exit and a ₹95 lakh seller demand. A visit is possible only on prior intimation and current availability must be reconfirmed before travel or payment.

The apartment route is intentionally separated from plotted projects, farmhouse opportunities and Co-Buy review. This keeps property type, unit facts, visit coordination and transaction documentation easier to understand.

Guidance, CRM and verification boundaries

AAROH can explain the current page, compare the visible facts and guide the visitor to the next relevant action. A submitted requirement can move into the controlled EARNIFYY CRM journey for follow-up, but the public assistant does not create ownership, allotment, loan approval, legal clearance or payment confirmation.

Visitors should use only the company-authorised enquiry and payment routes. A visual, quoted reference or site visit is not a substitute for project-specific legal, financial, technical and seller-authority verification.

“A property page should help a person compare, verify and act—not force them to scroll through the same catalogue repeatedly.”EARNIFYY Product & Real Estate Desk
